• Razorpay - to securely process your appointment and consultation payments
• Google Calendar / Google Meet - to schedule and host your online video consultation
• Meta (WhatsApp Business) - to send you booking confirmations, reminders, and your prescription

How We Keep Your Information Safe

• Your information is stored on secure servers and sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections
• Prescription and patient records are only accessible to authorised clinic staff
• We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details - all payments are handled directly by Razorpay
