These Terms of Service explain the rules for booking a clinic appointment or online consultation with J.K Dental Care, North Lakhimpur, Assam. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.

Booking an Appointment

• Appointments and online consultations can be booked through our website
• Please provide your correct name, age, gender, and phone number so we can confirm and reach you about your booking
• Clinic appointments are not available on Sundays
• You will receive a WhatsApp message confirming your booking details

Fees and Payment

• An online consultation costs ₹500, paid in advance to confirm your slot
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay

Online Consultations

• Online consultations are held over Google Meet
• Your video call link is shared with you by WhatsApp ahead of your scheduled time
• It is your responsibility to join the call on time; please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for what happens if you miss your consultation

Medical Disclaimer

An online consultation is meant for general advice and follow-up and does not replace an in-person dental examination. It is not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you have a dental or medical emergency, please call the clinic directly or visit the nearest hospital or emergency room immediately.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
