Refund & Cancellation Policy

This page explains how refunds and cancellations work for clinic appointments and online consultations booked with J.K Dental Care.

If You Cancel Your Own Booking

If you choose to cancel your own appointment or online consultation, the amount paid is not refundable.

If You Miss Your Online Consultation

If you miss (no-show) your scheduled online consultation, you can choose one of the following:

• Reschedule to a new date, at no extra cost, or
• Receive a refund of ₹450 (₹50 is kept to cover payment gateway processing fees)

Please contact the clinic to let us know which option you would like.

If the Clinic Cancels or Blocks Your Date

If the clinic is unable to see you on your booked date - for example, if the doctor becomes unavailable - you will receive a full refund of ₹500, with no fee deducted.

How Refunds Are Processed

All refunds are sent back to the original payment method you used to book (for example, the same UPI ID, card, or bank account), through Razorpay. Refunds are usually credited within a few business days, though the exact time can depend on your bank or payment provider.
